Welcome to Personal Development Project Finland
International Youth Cooperation ry is a youth association operating in Finland since 2015 and established legally in 2017. It is a local branch of the network International Youth Cooperation, a non-governmental organization present in 11 European countries with more than 25 years of experience.
Our mission is to inspire young people to make a difference in the world by voluntary work. We also want to focus on the good development of those young people, so they can have the tools to make a difference. With that in mind, we partner with IFFD to offer you the possibility to participate in the Personal Development Project.
Personal Development Project is a program for young adults, who are on the brink of making big decisions affecting work, relationships, friendships, marriage, and the meaning of life. Starting from the analysis of real-life situations, participants are stimulated to reflect on topics such as freedom, responsibility, communication within relationships, etc.
The core team is composed of Diego González, Jyri Soria, Gerardo Falcón, Felix Leminen, and Raquel Portugal. They are the organizers and will also be working as moderators in different sections.
In addition to those members, we have invited other moderators who are well-trained and highly motivated professionals. They are qualified to teach the participants on the topics discussed in the program.
